Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through lupacro.com (the “Site”), why we collect it and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
The data controller is SYNSOFT SRL, IDNO 1012609002317, registered at MD-4401, or. Călărași, str-la Doina 1, 3, Republic of Moldova. Lupa is a brand of SYNSOFT SRL. You can reach us at any time at contact@lupacro.com.
2. What we collect
- Free section request: the page or store URL, your brand name and email address.
- Contact form: your name, email address, store website (optional) and message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, logged automatically by the providers that host the Site and serve its fonts and images.
- Visit statistics: pages visited, how you reached the Site (for example, Google or Instagram), country, device type and browser. We measure them with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you: we only see aggregated numbers.
We do not collect sensitive data and never ask for payment details on the Site.
3. Why we use your data and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare your free section or an offer — steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
- To send you our newsletter — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the Site secure and working properly, and to see which pages are useful — based on our legitimate interest.
We process data in line with the personal data protection laws of the Republic of Moldova and, for people in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
4. Who we share data with
We never sell or rent your data. We use a few providers that process it on our behalf, only as far as needed:
- Vercel Inc. — Site hosting and visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics);
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivering form messages by email;
- Cloudflare, Inc. — the domain, DNS and forwarding of emails sent to contact@lupacro.com;
- Google — the mailbox (Gmail) where we receive messages and the Site fonts (Google Fonts);
- Unsplash — the photos in the illustrative examples.
Some of these providers are located outside the Republic of Moldova and the EU (for example, in the USA). In those cases transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Messages and requests: up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Technical data: according to the hosting providers’ policies, usually a few days or weeks.
If you become a client, data needed for the contract and invoicing is kept as long as accounting and tax laws require.
6. Cookies
The Site uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites. Visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) work without cookies and store nothing in your browser. When fonts and images load, their providers (Google, Unsplash) receive your IP address, like any server on the internet.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@lupacro.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you have a complaint, you can contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md). If you live in the EU, you can contact the authority in your country — in Romania, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
8. Security
The Site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the team members who need to reply to you can access the messages we receive.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the last update date at the top. The policy is available in Romanian, English and Russian; if they differ, the Romanian version prevails.
